Try every component on React Native
Use the browser preview for the quickest public tour. Clone the repository for Expo, simulators, emulators, or physical-device validation; the local path avoids advertising an Expo Go QR code that the current public client cannot open.
Real package, real runtime
The gallery uses the local Lumen package, so component behavior and tokens match the code in this repository.
No setup needed
Try React Native in your browser
Explore the web preview, then use the local app to evaluate native device behavior.
From playground to your app
Try it. Read the source. Build with Lumen.
Search for a component, try its interactive states, and compare light and dark themes. Use the open-source app to see how Lumen components fit together, then follow the component reference to bring them into your own project.
Store releases and the repository can show different versions. Follow the local setup below to explore the workspace version; check the app’s release notes when comparing a store build.

Run the React Native playground
Choose the workflow that matches your development environment.
pnpm playground:react-native:webgit clone https://github.com/santi020k/lumen.git
cd lumen
pnpm install
pnpm playground:react-nativepnpm --filter @santi020k/lumen-playground-react-native run build:android:apkInstalling locally versus publishing
You can run the gallery locally before configuring any store account.
- Run the pinned EAS CLI login and init commands once before the first remote Expo build.
- The preview EAS profile produces an installable Android APK.
- Production Android and iOS builds require store credentials and signing configured in EAS.
